Trenell’s Rescue Auto provides professional vehicle lockout services using specialized tools designed to safely access locked vehicles.
By requesting vehicle lockout services, the customer agrees to the following terms.
Vehicle Ownership Confirmation
The customer confirms that they are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to access the vehicle.
Customers may be required to provide identification before lockout services are performed.
Trenell’s Rescue Auto reserves the right to refuse service if vehicle ownership cannot be verified.
Authorization to Unlock Vehicle
The customer authorizes the technician to use professional tools and methods to access the locked vehicle.
These tools may include:
• Air wedges
• Long-reach lockout tools
• Vehicle entry equipment designed for roadside assistance
Lockout Service Disclaimer
While technicians use professional equipment designed for vehicle entry, some vehicles may have sensitive locking systems or worn components.
Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for issues related to:
• Pre-existing damage to door seals or weather stripping
• Faulty or worn locking mechanisms
• Electrical lock system malfunctions
• Pre-existing door or window damage
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure the vehicle is legally accessible and located in an area where roadside service can be safely performed.
If the technician determines the vehicle cannot be safely accessed using standard roadside tools, additional services such as towing may be required.
Service Completion
Once the vehicle has been successfully unlocked, the service will be considered completed.
All applicable service fees remain due regardless of the condition of the vehicle’s locking system.
