Trenell’s Rescue Auto
Trenell’s Rescue Auto provides roadside tire change services to assist customers experiencing flat or damaged tires.
By requesting tire service, the customer agrees to the following terms.

Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for issues related to spare tires including:
• Flat spare tires
• Damaged spare tires
• Incorrect spare tire size
• Unsafe spare tire conditions
If the spare tire cannot be safely installed, the technician may recommend alternative services such as tire replacement or towing.

Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for damage related to:
• Stripped or seized lug nuts
• Broken wheel studs
• Rusted or stuck wheels
• Damaged rims
If the tire cannot be safely removed due to these conditions, additional services may be required.
Vehicle Jacking Disclaimer
Roadside tire changes require lifting the vehicle using professional jacks or lifting equipment.
Customers acknowledge that vehicles with structural damage, improper lifting points, or unsafe ground conditions may present additional risks.
Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for damage related to improper vehicle lifting points or unsafe vehicle conditions.
Unsafe Service Conditions
Technicians may refuse or delay tire service if the location is considered unsafe due to:
• Traffic hazards
• Poor road conditions
• Extreme weather

Customer safety and technician safety are the highest priority.
