How do I request roadside assistance?
You can request service by calling 407-919-8037. Our dispatch team will ask for your location, vehicle type, and the service you need.
What areas do you service?
We provide roadside assistance in Riverview, Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Apollo Beach, Sun City Center, Clearwater, Orlando area, and surrounding Hillsborough County.
What vehicles do you service?
We assist cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, vans, and other light-duty vehicles.
Do I have to pay before service?
Yes. A dispatch fee is required before a technician is sent to your location. This confirms the service request and dispatches a technician.
What if I do not have a spare tire?
We offer premium tire pickup service, where we can pick up a tire from a nearby shop and install it for you.
Can you bring a new battery if my battery is dead?
Yes. We can purchase and install a battery for you. The customer pays for the battery cost and installation service.
How long does it take for a technician to arrive?
Arrival times vary depending on distance, traffic, and current service demand, but we will provide an estimated arrival time when dispatch is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and digital payments.

Do I still have to pay if I get into my vehicle before the technician arrives?
Yes. Once a technician has been dispatched, the dispatch fee is still required. This covers travel time and reserving the service appointment.
Are dispatch fees refundable?
Dispatch fees are non-refundable once a technician has been sent to your location.
What happens if the technician arrives and I am not there?
Customers must be present at the service location. If the technician arrives and the customer is not present, wait time fees may apply after a short grace period.
What if my vehicle requires additional work or parts?
If additional parts or services are required, the technician will explain the cost before continuing service.
