Trenell’s Rescue Auto
By requesting roadside assistance from Trenell’s Rescue Auto, the customer agrees to the following service terms.
Service Request Confirmation
The customer confirms that they have requested roadside assistance services and authorize Trenell’s Rescue Auto to dispatch a technician to their location.
Customers must provide accurate information regarding their location, vehicle type, and the service required.
Dispatch Fee Authorization
A dispatch fee is required before a technician is sent to the customer’s location.
The dispatch fee covers technician travel and service availability.
Once a technician has been dispatched, the dispatch fee becomes non-refundable.
Service Charges
Additional charges may apply depending on:
• Vehicle type
• Distance from the service area
• Additional labor required
• Parts purchased on behalf of the customer
• Premium services such as battery replacement or tire pickup
The technician will inform the customer of any additional charges before completing the service.
Vehicle Access Authorization
By requesting service, the customer confirms that they are the vehicle owner or have permission to access the vehicle.
The customer authorizes the technician to perform the requested roadside service on the vehicle.
Customer Presence Requirement
Customers must be present at the service location.
If the technician arrives and the customer is not present, wait time charges may apply.
If the technician cannot complete the service due to the customer’s absence, the dispatch fee will still apply.
Service Risk Acknowledgment
Roadside services may involve certain risks due to vehicle condition, traffic, or roadside environment.
Customers acknowledge that Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or mechanical issues unrelated to the requested service.
Payment Agreement
Customers agree to pay all applicable service fees, mileage charges, labor fees, and parts costs associated with the requested roadside assistance.
Authorization Confirmation
By requesting roadside assistance services from Trenell’s Rescue Auto, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these service terms.
