Parts may include:
• Vehicle batteries
• Replacement tires
• Emergency fuel
• Other necessary roadside items
Customers are responsible for the full cost of the parts purchased on their behalf.
Parts Payment Responsibility
Customers must approve the purchase of any parts before they are obtained.
The customer agrees to pay for:
• The cost of the part
• The technician’s travel time to obtain the part
• Installation labor required to complete the service
Parts purchased on behalf of the customer may require payment before pickup.
Parts Warranty
Any parts purchased during the service are subject to the manufacturer or retailer warranty.
Trenell’s Rescue Auto does not provide warranties for parts purchased on behalf of the customer.
Customers must contact the store or manufacturer regarding warranty claims.
Non-Return Policy
Parts purchased specifically for a customer service request may not be returnable once installed.
If a customer cancels the service after parts have been purchased, the customer remains responsible for the cost of those parts.
Additional Labor Charges
Installation fees and labor charges may apply depending on:
• Vehicle type
• Difficulty of installation
• Additional tools or labor required
The technician will inform the customer of applicable charges before completing the service.
Customer Authorization
By requesting premium roadside services, the customer confirms that they understand and agree to the pricing structure and parts procurement terms.
