Requirements

Trenell’s Rescue Auto

All independent contractors providing roadside assistance services through Trenell’s Rescue

Auto must maintain valid licensing, insurance, and documentation required to legally operate a

vehicle and perform roadside services.

By working with Trenell’s Rescue Auto, contractors agree to maintain the following

requirements.

Driver’s License Requirement

Contractors must maintain a valid driver’s license in the state where they operate.

Contractors are responsible for ensuring their license remains active and in good standing.

If a contractor’s driver’s license becomes suspended or revoked, they must immediately notify

Trenell’s Rescue Auto.

Vehicle Insurance Requirement

Contractors must maintain active automobile insurance for the vehicle used to perform

roadside services.

The contractor is responsible for ensuring that their insurance coverage meets the minimum

legal requirements of the state in which they operate.

Trenell’s Rescue Auto does not provide insurance coverage for contractor vehicles.Contractor Liability

Contractors are solely responsible for:

• Any accidents involving their vehicle

• Damage to customer vehicles caused during service

• Damage to their own vehicle or equipment

• Traffic violations while performing services

Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for contractor negligence, vehicle damage, or legal

violations.

Proof of Insurance

Contractors may be required to provide proof of the following documentation before performing

services:

• Valid driver’s license

• Active vehicle insurance

• Vehicle registration

Contractors must provide updated documentation if their insurance or registration expires.

Compliance Requirement

Contractors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to vehicle operation and

roadside assistance services.

Failure to maintain required documentation may result in suspension or termination from

providing services through Trenell’s Rescue Auto.Contractor Acknowledgment

By providing services through Trenell’s Rescue Auto, contractors acknowledge that they are

responsible for maintaining valid licensing and insurance coverage.
