Our pricing is based on vehicle size, service type, and travel distance so customers understand exactly what to expect before service begins.
A dispatch fee is required before a technician is sent to your location.

Mileage Rates
Dispatch pricing includes the first 5 miles.
Additional distance:
5 – 20 miles — $2.50 per mile
20 – 30 miles — $3.50 per mile
Long distance services may be quoted depending on total travel time.
Wait Time Policy
Customers must be present at the service location.
If a technician arrives and the customer is not present:
First 10 minutes — No charge
After 10 minutes — Wait time fees may apply.
If the technician arrives and service cannot be completed due to customer delay, the dispatch fee is non-refundable.
