Trenell’s Rescue Auto
Trenell’s Rescue Auto provides roadside battery services including jump starts and battery replacement assistance.
By requesting battery service, the customer agrees to the following terms.
Jump Start Service Disclaimer
A jump start service is intended to temporarily restore battery power so the vehicle can start.
A successful jump start does not guarantee that the vehicle’s battery, starter, alternator, or electrical system is functioning properly.
If the vehicle does not start after a jump start attempt, additional mechanical issues may be present.
Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for underlying vehicle mechanical or electrical problems.
Battery Replacement Services
If the customer requests a battery replacement, the technician may purchase a battery on behalf of the customer and install it at the service location.
Customers are responsible for:
• The cost of the battery
• Parts pickup fees if applicable
• Installation labor fees
Battery prices may vary depending on vehicle type and battery specifications.
Battery Warranty
Any battery purchased for the customer is subject to the manufacturer or retailer warranty.
Trenell’s Rescue Auto does not provide warranties for batteries purchased during roadside service.
Customers must contact the retailer or manufacturer regarding warranty claims.
Electrical System Disclaimer
Vehicles with damaged wiring, alternator issues, or electrical system problems may not start even after battery service.
Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for electrical failures unrelated to the battery.
Customer Authorization
By requesting battery service, the customer authorizes the technician to perform jump start or battery installation services and acknowledges the risks associated with vehicle electrical systems.
