Trenell’s Rescue Auto
Trenell’s Rescue Auto provides emergency fuel delivery services to assist customers who have run out of fuel while operating their vehicle.
By requesting fuel delivery services, the customer agrees to the following terms.
Fuel Type Confirmation
Customers must provide the correct fuel type required for their vehicle before fuel is delivered.
Common fuel types include:
• Regular gasoline
• Premium gasoline
• Diesel fuel
Trenell’s Rescue Auto relies on the fuel type information provided by the customer.
If the customer provides incorrect fuel type information, Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
Emergency Fuel Amount
Fuel delivery services provide a limited amount of emergency fuel intended to allow the customer to reach the nearest fuel station.
The amount of fuel delivered may vary depending on service availability.
Fuel Cost
Customers are responsible for:
• The cost of the fuel delivered
• The roadside service fee
• Any additional travel or mileage charges
Fuel prices may vary depending on local fuel costs.
Vehicle Condition
If the vehicle has been operated without fuel for an extended period, mechanical issues may occur including fuel system damage.
Trenell’s Rescue Auto is not responsible for mechanical issues related to operating a vehicle without fuel.
Customer Authorization
By requesting fuel delivery services, the customer confirms that the fuel type provided is correct and authorizes Trenell’s Rescue Auto to deliver fuel to their vehicle.
