Trenell’s Rescue Auto
Trenell’s Rescue Auto provides mobile roadside assistance services and dispatches technicians based on customer requests. Customers must be present at the service location when the technician arrives.
By requesting service, customers agree to the following wait time and no-show terms.
Customer Presence Requirement
Customers must remain available at the service location once a technician has been dispatched.
If the customer leaves the location, they must notify the technician or dispatch immediately.
Grace Period
When a technician arrives at the service location, a short grace period may be provided for the customer to arrive or return to the vehicle.
If the customer is not present after the grace period, wait time charges may apply.
Wait Time Charges
If a technician must wait beyond the initial grace period, additional wait time charges may be added to the service total.
Wait time fees compensate the technician for time spent waiting at the service location.
No-Show Policy
If the technician arrives and the customer is not present and cannot be reached, the service will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show:
• The dispatch fee remains due
• Additional wait time charges may apply
• The technician may leave the location after a reasonable waiting period
Dispatch Fee Responsibility
Once a technician has been dispatched to the service location, the dispatch fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the service is completed.
Customer Communication
Customers should maintain communication with the technician or dispatch if delays occur.
Failure to communicate with the technician may result in additional charges or service cancellation.
